Transcript of Our Chevy GM Buick Tool Storage

Here is an tool organization project completed for a Chevy GM Buick auto dealer in Highland, Illinois by Tool Org's own A-Team, Woody and Dawn.

There is a before video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-r718EO4AA.  The tools were pretty dirty. They needed our services bad.

There's their recommended tools. First, we took out all the old tools, all the non-current tools out of the system. Then we separated the essential tools and the recommended tools. We placed the recommended tools in totes. But, some of the recommended tools we did hang up that we've seen the mechanics use.

Here's one wallmount. We started to put tools on that. You can see the old panels...their blue. Woody cleaned them up and they came out pretty nice. I mean, pretty impressive, that these panels are from the early 1990's and they are still in good shape. That just shows you how the tools system really holds up.

Alright, so then, down here there's a shelp with transmission kits that we made for them. I think they have, like, seven...they wanted all the transmission kits made up for them, so we did that.

This is another piece of wallmount. We hung one of the fixtures up there.

There's the new panels. And they have all new...uh...all new steel and we put all new brackets on the tops, because they had the old, old brackets which were first design, and so, they've new brackets. You can see how nice the tools and how everything is all cleaned up. We cleaned all the tools and wiped them down, because they were pretty dirty.

It took us all six days. It was a lot of tools, a lot of cleaning. But, they have a nice tool room now and everything is all cleaned up for them, refreshed, brand new.

Here is all their non-current tools that we took out of the system. The guys can go through these and see what they want to keep. But, that is all their non-current stuff.

Alright, well, we're going to head on down to Texas. We thank Tool Org. for the job and God for his help and we'll see you on the next project.
