GROSS MOTORS FORD NEILLSVILLE, WI
Woody & Dawn, our tool specialist team, organized a tool room for Gross Motors Ford at Neillsville, Wisconsin.
All tools have been inventoried and organized onto pivot panels in numeric order. The dealership is utilizing the Toolsguard Mobile app for their technicians to check-in/out a tool using the QR code on the tag or looking it up on the mobile app.
A new tool can be added to the system by taking a photo and printing out the decal with the tool name, location and QR code.
We installed some shelves to organize larger fixtures and multi-tool kits with decals for each tool included in the kit. Another shelf we used for universal tools.
This was a smaller tool room, but it worked out well.

Our system simplifies the organization, inventory and management of dealership special service tools. The heart of this system is our pivoting panels.
These panels provide a way to visibly organize your tools in numeric sequence. Each tool has an ID tag that displays the tool #, QR Code, description and graphic.
This system also includes shelves to store large tools and cases along with our tote rack system which hold messy tools and tool groups. If needed we utilize rolling carts which hold sockets, and other large tools.
