Here is an tool organization project completed for a Mercedes-Benz auto dealer in Jackson, MS by Tool Org’s own A-Team, Woody and Dawn.
Ok, we’re just wrapping it up here at Mercedes Benz of Jackson. And we are in Jackson, Mississippi and they’ve just built a brand new facility here [pans camera around facility].
And, so, this is their new tool room. We brought all their tools and panels and wall-mount from the other shop to this one.
We have nineteen panels and five shelves, and we have this half shelf here…that we put this engine stand component on. Which makes it mobile and very easy for the guys to move and take right over to where they are working.
So, we have the nineteen panels. Here is their dog tags. We’ve got them all labeled.
I’ll show you some of the panels here…how that looks.
Mercedes Benz Tool Organizer Project – Jackson, MS
We use some of the baskets for the bushing components. They have a lot of pieces so this makes it nice and easy for the guys to come in and grab the components and put them back in the basket.
Then they have the wall-mount back here, which works really good for the service guys for these big fixtures.
We have these smaller totes here that we put the machine components in.
As you can see, this one over here so we can show you, they have a lot of parts in them. It makes it nice and easy for the guys to just grab and take to their station.
And, their kits, and we labeled the shelves.
And, we also have this toolbox here, which the guys put all their spring compressors in, so they could also wheel that to their station…which makes it nice and easy.
So, there we go. We’re going to head down the road. We’re going to thank Tool Organization for the job and God for His help.
