Tool Room Organization Storage Solution – Our A-Team traveled out to Marion, Indiana to organize a tool room for a GMC Buick dealership.

Good afternoon. We are all finished up here at Matthews GMC Buick dealer in Marion, Indiana. It’s Friday about four o’clock.
This was a fifteen panel job, one piece of wall mount and three shelves. And this is how it came out.
Over here we have the wall mount and Woody put up all the twenty-eight four sixty seven tools up their and hung that up…engine stand stuff.
Here we have the panels.
Here is one of the panels here to give you an idea of what they look like when we are all finished.
Now, the guys can look up the tool, find that they have the tool in the computer in the database. They can come in and get the tool right where it’s at in numerical order on the panels and they’re set to go.
Here are the three shelves here. We have the kits on the shelves and they are all written…the numbers are on the kits and they’re in order by their number also.
Also, we did the transmission kits for them. So, we have their transmission kits. So, if the transmission guy is working on an engine, he can come right here, grab that transmission kit for that engine he’s working on and he’s got all the tools that he needs.
There is also a list that I printed out with every tool that is in there for them.
Here are their recommended tools. We put them in these kits and have them all in numerical order, broke down for them.
