Here is a tool storage project completed for a Chevrolet dealership in Benton, Arkansas by Tool Org’s own A-Team, Woody and Dawn.
Ok, we’re just wrapping up here at Landers Chevrolet. We’re in Benton, Arkansas and this tool room was a re-do.
They had seventeen panels in here and they have three shelves. And we just come to clean everything up and put them up a new essential tool list…and re-adjusted their shelves.
This is how it turned out. We hung it all up in numerical sequence from lowest to highest. You get rid of the alpha and all you do is think about the number.
These panels are eight years old, so, they look pretty good. We came in and just go them cleaned up and re-hung the tools up. So, this shows you what it looks like when it’s all done.
We worked for John Martin over here, a great guy to work for. Let’s see… we got recommended tools back here containerized from zero to forty-three, nine, nine, nine.
Other than recommended tools that we’ve seen used, we containerized them. And them from forty-four thousand up, we hung up the essential and the recommended tools.
You can see their shelves. We have all their kits on them and they’re labeled. These two shelves we used for kits and over here we’ve got a shelf that we use for fixtures.
I’ll do another sweep around the room. This is how it came out.
