Mercedes Benz Tool Room Organization – Our A-Team traveled out to Charlotte, North Carolina to organize a tool room for a Mercedes Benz dealership.

We’re just wrapping up here at Hendrick Motors Mercedes Benz of Charlotte.

This was a four shelf, fifteen panel job with two pieces of wall mount. They had a fenced in room that we installed it into. It was a little tight, but it ended up working out really well.

Down there we have a piece of wall mount. We all their little grey totes, labeled nice with the description, on the shelf here and in numerical sequence.

Then, down the other way, you can see they’ve got about two foot to walk down through here. Which, isn’t huge, but it works for the size room they gave us.

They have a lot room to grow in their system, and that’s where Mercedes Benz grow, in the system, not on the end of the system.

Here shows you the other shelf. We utilize this for some of their test harness stuff. Down here on the end, we have four boxes of optional cables and then we have the rest of their test cables hanging up. All the required ones are hanging.

This is what it turned out like. We worked with Jeremy over here. Met some cool guys…John and Chris and some other guys…Don. They were awesome to us over here. Larry King and we think their job turned out really nice.

Out here is all their legacy tools that were left over, and we’ve already went through these and pulled out what they wanted. And with that, I’ll do another swing around to show you what it turned out like.

We also…there’s this shelf out here that we utilize for fixtures. With that we’re going to thank Tool Org. for the job and we’re going to thank God for his help as always, and I’m going to go ahead and I’m going to shut er’ down.
